My husband and I could not be more pleased with our home buying experience. Beth was professional and personable from the beginning. Even though I started communicating with her via email months before our move to the sunshine state, she was responsive, patient, and treated us like valued customers. We were first time homebuyers who did not have a clue. I often say I would be homeless or still living in corporate housing if it were not for Beth. She was extremely helpful and influential in making one of the biggest and best decisions of our lives. We cannot say enough good things about her. I am sure our new neighbor (a Realtor) really appreciates me singing her praises all over the community! Our home search began on a sunny morning at the end of September. Our criteria were to have at least 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, be in a good school district, and our monthly payments had to be less than $1,000 a month including HOA dues, taxes, and insurance. We were convinced that we would be in the driver seat and be able to make a low offer on a short sale or foreclosed home. Beth showed us countless houses until we found the perfect home. It is a newly constructed home that we chose that met every aspect of our criteria. She really did know best when it came to location and price. I think we were all amazed at closing when we could see in black and white what an amazing deal we got on a beautiful new home. We moved into our first house at the end of March and could not be happier. I credit Beth 100% to us being able to be new homeowners. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, flexible, and professional. She accompanied us every step of the way. I felt like we were her only clients throughout 7 month home buying experience. I do not only think of her as a great Realtor, but as a neighbor and a friend. She is coming over next week to chat and see our unpacked, and semi-decorated new home!
