Why Beth...
I've been a Realtor since 2004, and I've been fortunate to build lasting relationships with so many wonderful clients over the years. Some of my very first clients are still in touch with me today and continue to refer their friends and family. My business has been built entirely on referrals, and that means a lot to me. I think it says a lot about the relationships I've built and the way I do business.
I'm also a Real Estate Broker and the owner of my own boutique brokerage, Simply Home Realty. Building my own brokerage is something I'm very proud of. After years in the business, I wanted to create a company that reflected the way I believe real estate should be done. For me, that means giving my clients a personal experience where they feel heard, cared for, and know that I'm truly invested in them from beginning to end.
Good decisions come from having good information. My job is to give you that information, explain what I see, and give you my honest opinion, even when it isn't necessarily what you want to hear. If I see a concern, I'm going to tell you. If I think something is a great opportunity, I'll tell you that too. Ultimately, the decision is yours.
After more than two decades in real estate and seeing thousands of homes, I've developed a really good eye for what works and what doesn't. I can walk into a home and quickly see its potential, but I also know when something simply isn't going to work. I think my interest in interior design and remodeling gives me a different perspective when I'm helping clients evaluate a home. And with 15 years of experience as an accountant and having run a multi-million-dollar business, I'm very comfortable with the numbers. Pricing and valuing homes is one of my strong suits.
Real estate doesn't always go exactly as planned, which is why I believe in always thinking ahead. Whether you're buying or selling, I look closely at the market, the competition, and your goals so we can have a strategy from the beginning. Real estate can change quickly, so I'm always watching what's happening and thinking about what could come next. Sometimes that means staying with the plan, and sometimes it means making a proactive decision. I don't want my clients reacting to the market. I want them prepared for it.
But probably the most important thing to know about me is that I genuinely care about the people I work with. I want you to know what's happening, what comes next, and that someone is truly looking out for you. I want you to feel that you had someone in your corner who was truly looking out for your best interests.
