All of my friends that have expressed an interest in moving to the Orlando area I urge you to not hesitate contacting her. Beth is an outstanding agent. She has a complete knowledge of the area and keeps an educated eye on local realty trends as well as civic plans such as planned road construction projects. Beth specializes in out of area buyers relocating to the Orlando area. She was patient with me and all of my questions and paid acute attention to what I had told her I wanted within the price range I had told her I was comfortable with. My wish list was for a 4 bedroom, 3 bath on one floor, a 3 car garage with a bonus room and a pool. Almost everything Beth showed me was exactly that. I did let her know that a two car garage was acceptable and that while a pool was preferable, as long as the house was priced such that I could have a pool installed and stay within my budget that was acceptable as well. Beth, my son and I looked at somewhere in the area of 30 homes from a Wednesday through Friday. I narrowed the houses we looked at down to 6 that I thought my wife would be interested in. My wife joined us on Saturday and we visited those 6 houses on Monday with Beth. I was right. My wife loved all 6 houses. We discussed the pluses and minuses of each and come to a decision. We discussed our offering amount with Beth and submitted it the next morning. That afternoon Beth advised us that our offer was accepted. The house met everything on my wish list except for the pool. However the price was such that installing a pool and landscaping it is well within our budget. The bottom line is that I highly recommend Beth. As I said in my opening sentence Beth is an outstanding agent.
