Beth Yannoulis was recommended by a friend to help us first search for an apartment rental for a year and then a new home. From start to finish her care and professionalism were evident. She listened to what we wanted (or thought we wanted) and guided us every step of the way through both transactions. We had never done anything like this and were coming from 1000 miles away and she helped us find the perfect furnished apartment and then house.  She understood us immediately and helped us to realize a new build is what we really wanted and there is so much new construction in our area and she whittled down the list of builder to those she felt were most reputable and took note of what we liked and continued attentively even after we signed, even after the sale. For example she came to the design center - so overwhelming - and gently guided us in what she thought we should get and stay away from. We really needed her guidance and she excelled. Also after we were all moved in - her official duties were over - she helped us fight for the new builder to replace our entire driveway pavers when ours were not in the best shape. These are just two examples of many, she is definitely someone you want on your team when buying a new home!
