I’ve known Beth for 8 years and when God answered my prayers for my aging parents to live with my family, we began our search for a home to accommodate both households. Once the price was lowered we received an offer in two days and Beth sold our house! We moved in with my parents while Beth was working behind the scenes to sell my parent's home. Their home sold within two days. We had to rent out my parent's house until the new construction was complete. Beth was always available to answer our questions thoroughly, clearly and professionally. She worked with other clients at the same time but made you feel like she was only working with you. She also handled the sale of our two homes, the rental lease and purchase of our new home. Beth was with us during our sales contract meeting to purchase our new home, framing walk-through and final walk-through where she provided necessary questions to our sales person and foreman that we wouldn't know to ask otherwise. The entire home sale/buying process we felt Beth was an advocate for us. We are so grateful for her calm spirit as this adventure has been a stressful one with moving several times while home schooling and now unpacking.
